these bright and comfortable rooms can be used as single or double rooms and are particularly well suited for groups of 6 to 10 people. for artists there´s also a possibility to rent a studio on the same floor. the building is situated in quiet and green surroundings, albeit central, close to the Pankstraße subway station, the Gesunbrunnencenter and the Humboldthain park.

kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared and basics for the preparation of continental breakfast can be provided on request. pets are welcome and vehicles can be parked in the backyard of the building. artists designed all rooms with pictures and objects, these exhibitions change every fourth month. at the moment we show works of Kalin Lindena, Joanna Zawodzinska, Quirin
Bäumler, Hanna Brandes and Jo Dickreiter.
